Consulthink is a sponsor of HackInBo 2018

On 26 May, HackInBo returns, the IT security event now in its 10th edition and it takes place in the city of Bologna at Fico Eataly World.

HackInBo was born in 2013 by the commitment of Mario Anglani who every year organizes two events, of which the spring edition has a workshop. HackInBo was born to replace the missing of an event of this kind on the territory of Bologna and is a totally free event – the tickets for this edition sold out in less than 12 hours – and non-profit one. It is addressed to programmers, managers, sysadmins, but also private citizens, to all those people who want to protect themselves promptly from potential cyber security threats. The goal of HackInBo, in fact, is to keep up-to-date about the issues concerning IT Security by meeting and confronting with experts in the field in a relaxing and collaborative atmosphere.

The event is characterized by a series of speeches for a the whole day of 26 May; the call for paper is going to be close on 31 March and the topics presented are going to be evaluated by great experts in the sector. The program of the event will be available in the first days of April.

HackInBo provides for a workshop this year too. It takes place on 27 May. To participate in it, people have to pass the CTF (Capture the Flag) which is going to start at 11.59 pm on 27 April. To win the CTF, people have to collect 9 flags within 48 hours.

Every year HackInBo boasts various sponsors: this year Consulthink is among them as a gold sponsor. An event of excellence on IT security sponsored by a leading security company, a perfect union!

See you in Bologna and to all the fans and experts who cannot come, we suggest following the live streaming (in Italian) from 10.25 am on 26 May from the official website of the event. We also invite you to follow the HackInBo Facebook and Twitter (Italian) pages and to subscribe to the Youtube channel, where you can find lots of interesting ideas and material about IT Security!
